LEADERSHIP

Chad Harris - President

Chad Harris is an established business leader possessing proven ability in team leadership, organization, verbal and written communication skills, financial management, and staff development.  Chad's experience in the military and business environment has provided significant knowledge of contracts, project controls, risk management, and negotiations. Chad leverages his military training to provide hands-on leadership that allows him a unique approach to collaborating with strategic partners to manage a total solution for his clients.  He is recognized for getting results by building relationships both internally and externally. Chad is a strong leader with the optimal balance of technical, commercial, and management skills primarily focused on success through team efforts. Chad has significant practical experience working with contractors and client operators, coupled with his extensive experience in all aspects of project delivery, he maintains close relationships with suppliers and vendors and gains client confidence through his responsiveness to their needs.

Josh Everett, P.E., PMP - Program Director

Josh Everett has over 28 years of experience as a professional engineer and certified project manager with a diverse background in multiple fields.  Throughout his career, his duties have included the development of projects from FEED to post-construction, creating and cultivating new and established client relationships, and developing business strategies to include forecasting and trends related to the market.  In conjunction with these strategies, Josh has developed and implemented new processes for diverse groups and companies.  Josh has developed and managed capital/maintenance programs for Interstate pipeline operators, as well as managed a diverse project portfolio ranging from interconnects to multi-stage compressor stations.  Josh knows both the consultant and owner/operator sides of the midstream industry and has spent significant time in the field during construction.  Josh is a hands-on leader who holds his team accountable and has a results-oriented focus that results in the successful delivery of his projects.  His success is based on open client communication and rapid response to his client’s needs.  

Dennis Rohn - Sr. Project Manager

Dennis Rohn is a Project Manager with over sixteen years of experience relating to project development, project management, engineering & construction management, field inspection, integrity programs, procurement, and operations. He is recognized for getting results by building relations both internally and externally. Dennis is a strong leader with the optimal balance of technical and management skills. Dennis continually strives toward project excellence through Lessons Learned, Contract Strategy, Staff Development, Risk Assessments, and feedback sessions.  Most of Dennis’ experience was spent on the Owner/Operator’s side developing and executing Upstream and Mid-Stream, pipeline, and facility projects in North America. Dennis is a certified Chief Welding Inspector (CWI) and is well-versed in the required construction qualifications and documentation needed to comply with all Federal, State, and Local regulatory agencies.

Joe Aikins, P.E. – Sr. Advisor

Joe Aikins has over thirty years of management and engineering experience in the design and construction of domestic and international midstream assets, including pipelines, terminals, and stations for a wide array of products from heavy crude oils to NGLs, LPG, petrochemicals, and natural gas.  Joe has experience on both the consulting and owner/operator sides of the midstream industry.
